Notes on how to talk to ID115 Plus HR fitness tracker
Tested with bluez (5.37-0ubuntu5.1) running on ubuntu 16.04.

# find address of device:
btmgmt find

# connect with interactive mode
gatttool -b *Address* -t random -I

# show notification status:
